There has been a time, when I used to wonder if there really is a God. The mere thought of God's existence terrified me. Because if there is a God, then there really should be a purpose for my existence...because I have thought that God was not joking around by creating human race just for fun. Added to it, I was also terrified by Christianity, Hinduism and so many other religions, which believed in the punishment that has in store for our sins. I struggled for nearly a year, finding a solution to the questions I had regarding God's existence. I am sure this is a serious thought and everybody should think about it. But, I assure you friends, the time you start searching him, and seeking him, God too seeks you and helps you to know about him(I didn't realize it then, but understood it later).
I will share my experience, of how I came to know about Gods existence. I am sure it will help you.
It was during my college days, I felt that I was completely drained out of joy and love. I lost my peace, and even had thoughts of ending my life. I am a jovial person for people around me...but for me, my life was awful. It was then I hated GOD for leaving me in such a dreadful position. I thought God is there to make people happy and give whatever we ask for. But when both didn't happen in my life, I concluded that GOD does not exist. But, there was no proof...The question "What if he existed?" lingered in my mind. At this point, I want to pause and tell you something friends. I know there are so many who does not believe in God. If you have proof that God really does not exist, well and good you can proceed with your life happily. Just don't question the believers back, "Can you prove it?", because God is not a chemical formula to prove by conducting experiments. But if you find the truth and believe in GOD am damn sure your life will change. The experience you gain in knowing God can be the only proof. Don't rest until you find the truth and definitely the truth will set you free. It's a promise that God has given us. I am telling you all this because I have done the exact same thing stated above to my believing friends and have put them in a really miserable position. I was happy then, that they were not able to give a definite answer when asked about God, but I was confused about their way of life; the sacrifices that they could make for a GOD who is unseen; their love and joy in all situations,struck me. I yearned for it very badly, but didn't express it to them.

My search for God, took me through painful days, but in the end the result was awesome. I have no words to describe it. Some facts that helped me understand Gods existence is as follows :
- Witchcraft : I googled for the existence of God and I came across several websites that proved that God existed and the counter of it too, God does not exist. I was so confused. I love reading books. Later,I realized that God has used a book to help me to know about him. The book was titled "From witchcraft to Christ" by Doreen Irvine. I was shocked to learn about the existence of devil and that they are fighting against good. That lady strongly believes in the existence of Satan, as she says she has been follower of Satan for years and has done evil, to please Satan. I browsed for witchcraft and was shocked to learn about "Salems Witchcraft trial" were several witches were killed.The practices that the witches all over the world followed coincided with what that lady has experienced. So, if satan existed, then GOD definitely must exist.The devil must contradict someone,right? Good and evil,God and devil...Isnt it obvious?
- The Earth : Its size is perfect. The Earths size and corresponding gravity holds a thin layer of mostly nitrogen and oxygen gases, only extending about 50 miles above the Earth's surface. If Earth were smaller, an atmosphere would be impossible, like the planet Mercury. If Earth were larger, its atmosphere would contain free hydrogen, like Jupiter.Earth is the only known planet equipped with an atmosphere of the right mixture of gases to sustain plant, animal and human life.The Earth is located at the right distance from the sun.Consider the temperature swings we encounter,roughly -30 degrees to +120 degrees. If the Earth were any further away from the sun,we would all freeze.Any closer and we would burn up.Even a fractional variance in the Earths position to the sun would make life in Earth impossibe.The Earth remains this perfect distance from the sun while it rotates around the sun at a speed of nearly 67,000 mph, It is also rotating on its axis,allowing the entire surface of the Earth to be properly warmed and cooled everyday.And our moon is the perfect size and distance from the Earth for its gravitational pull. - NDE : Near Death Experience. People who have experienced NDE have stated an out-of-body experience.i.e the spirit exists after death. Ok...so I have stated some facts to prove that GOD exists. I have also experienced his presence personally and I will testify it anywhere.People who do not believe in GOD, if you can prove that the above stated facts are 100% fake, then you can very well go on with your life. But, if you say you are not sure or maybe, please, I beg you to take it seriously and think about GOD.For those who believe that God exists, but have a thought that GOD is there only to make me happy or "I dont need a GOD,I have everything I need".Trust me, I have spoken the same words before.Everyone needs GOD,you have to bind with your creator to escape from death,i.e spiritual death. If you have this understanding that GOD is there to do our will, pl erase that thought and know that we have been created to do his will.

Believers in God does not lose or gain anything
Non-believers too does not lose or gain anything

Believers will somehow escape punishment(depends on God's judgement)
Non-Believers its a ??????????????
The Believers are safe either way, but the non-believers are not safe if God exists.It was this thought that made me take the first step in the search for GOD. Are you ready to take the first step?
